Delete my account

You can delete your Personae account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

  1. Open the Personae app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Profile icon, at the top right of the home screen.
  3. Tap the Settings icon (gear), at the top right.
  4. In the “Danger zone” section, tap “Delete account”.
  5. Enter your password to confirm, then validate.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, send a request to:

contact@personagame.fr

Include the email address of your Personae account. Your request will be processed within 30 days at most.

Data deleted

Deleting the account permanently erases all of the following data:

Data kept

No data is kept after the account is deleted.

There is no additional retention period, no delayed backup, and no residual data. Deletion is complete and immediate.

Players using Personae in guest mode (without an account) leave no personal data behind, so there is nothing to delete.
